We take technological innovation as the core driving force and have established a full-chain product matrix of a series of particles such as PS, PVC and silica.
BOT Bioparticles has established a standardized reagent research and development and production base, enabling clinical testing to have high sensitivity and strong anti-interference performance. We focus on innovative development, delve deeply into core technologies such as surface functionalization of particles and targeted modification of proteins, and provide full-cycle services for global customers. BOT Bioparticles has always adhered to the concept of diversified services, providing customers with diversified products and specialized services.
Nanoparticles, as unique materials, have great application potential in fields such as energy, medicine and the environment. Researchers have developed a variety of methods for synthesizing nanoparticles in order to better control the properties, shapes, compositions and size distributions suitable for specific domains.
It is usually synthesized by physical and chemical methods. The physical method synthesizes particles by reducing the size of raw materials, which is known as the top-down approach. Physical techniques such as ball milling, gas condensation, electrospraying, photolithography and thermal decomposition are usually required. In many chemical methods, particles are usually synthesized from atomic or molecular precursors in liquid or gas phase chemical reactions through nucleation and growth, which is known as the bottom-up approach. Microemulsion method, hydrothermal method, microfluidic method, chemical vapor deposition, pyrolysis method and sol-gel method are all commonly used chemical synthesis methods. Chemically synthesized nanostructures have fewer flaws, thus enabling the acquisition of more complex and uniform chemical compositions. Moreover, due to their ease of expansion, the production cost of the synthesis is low and the speed is fast.
However, the above-mentioned technologies are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and will produce toxic by-products. Therefore, biological methods such as synthesizing particles using microorganisms and plant extracts or green nanoparticle synthesis methods have emerged. These methods have good sustainability and can synthesize non-toxic and environmentally friendly particles for the fields of biomedicine and the environment.
