Prices quoted on BOT Bioparticles are expressed in US dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification. All products supplied by BOT Bioparticles are available for purchase in bulk quantities or as a custom preparation.

Please let us know your UPS account number or other favorable carrier in order to ship your order. Bioparticles is not responsible for brokerage, duties, taxes etc. that may be incurred in shipping.
PAYMENT TERMS
We prefer payment by Wire transfer.
Payment terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required prior to shipping in certain territories. Payments made after forty-five (45) days may be subjected to a penalty fee of 2% per month.

· 3.1Before placing the order, the suggestions given by Party B's sales and technical personnel are for party A's reference only. If the wrong goods are ordered due to Party A's failure to ask for the product specification or check the relevant information of the product, Party B shall not be responsible for any reason.
· 3.2After the contract is signed/stamped/emailed/wechat replied and confirmed, Party A shall not unilaterally cancel the order. If Party A needs to cancel the order, it shall obtain written approval from Party B. Party A's unilateral cancellation of the order is a breach of contract, and the penalty shall be 80% of the contract amount.
· 3.3If the supplier is unable to supply due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, shortage/pause of production, etc.), it shall notify Party A and Party B in time without liability for compensation.
· 3.4If it is a legal holiday, the delivery time will be postponed.
· 3.5Upon receipt of the goods, Party A shall carefully check whether the product number, name, specification, quantity and validity period are correct. If any shortage is found, Party A shall notify Party B within 24 hours, and it shall be deemed that Party A confirms no error after 24 hours.
· 3.6Party B shall not return the goods unless there is a quality problem after Party A receives the ordered goods.
· If there is any quality problem with the product, Party A shall provide the true test results (within 2 weeks from the date of delivery), and Party B shall arrange for replacement or refund, but shall not bear any other losses except the product itself.
