Description: Silica Magnetic Particles (SiO2@Magnetic Particles), that is, silica coated Magnetic Particles, are core-shell composite nano/micron materials with superparamagnetic Fe3O4/γ-Fe2O3 as the core and silica (SiO2) as the shell. It features excellent magnetic response, high biocompatibility, high chemical stability and easy surface functionalization. It is one of the most widely used magnetic carriers in the fields of biomedicine, separation analysis and environmental science.
